Ingredients:
Smoked salt*, cane sugar*, english curry* , sweet paprika*, garlic*, onions*, brown mustard seeds*, ginger*, celery*, thyme*.

Preparation:
Our Rubs, which are produced according to our original TAFELGUT recipes, are particularly well suited for the preparation of food that is about to be grilled, such as steaks or spare ribs on the grill, Barbecue Smoker or in the oven. Also great to refine the taste afterwards.

Smoke flavoring and other organic spices can develop its full flavor in your palate and ensure a great experience. We recommend to use our TAFELGUT Rubs  2-3 hours prior in order to rub your meat. Stir 1-2 tea spoon of the blend with 2-3 tablespoon water and brew for about 5 min. Following stir with oil. now you can rub your meat with the finished marinade and leave it for about 2-3h before preparation. This way, the meat has time to soak in all the flavors of the Rub's.

Ideal storage:
Store at a dry place (room temperature) protected from light and infestation.
